Chocolate drops

Take two teaspoons good quality cocoa powder, stir in three teaspoons Walden Farm zero calorie pancake syrup or chocolate sauce to a stiff paste. Put drops on a sheet of non stick paper - I just ease them off the tip of a spoon with a knife. Put in freezer, eat from frozen. About 1.5 calories each.

I drink lots and lots of Green and Blacks cocoa, made with plain water and occassionally a dash of unsweetened or otherwise low-cal soya milk, or skim milk. It really hits that chocolate spot for me, because it's not sweet but it's chocolatey-good.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, btw. I will probably keep blogging in some respect, but am not sure whether to keep on there, or use the new one I've set up and have yet to use. Will link if I do, anyway.

Yes cocoa is a real life-saver when you need that choccie fix! (and boy do I need a choccie fix) Lots of zinc in it as well. I have just tried a new recipe - 2 tsps cocoa, 2 tsps Da Vinci calorie free choc syrup, 3 tsps chocolate Oatley. I spread it on a sheet of non stick paoper and froze it. It breaks in a nice snap and has a super flavour. I look forward to the new blog!
